Every dog has a tale and German Shorthaired Pointers just happen to have short tails…so Short Tales Vineyard was born. We established this vineyard for our love of wine and dogs. And we have been lucky enough to have had six German Shorthairs touch and inspire our lives.

A small Napa County vineyard in the Carneros Region planted with Pinot Noir vines Clone 777 on 110R rootstock. These vines are vigorous and produce fruit that are quite aromatic, dark and rich – resulting in complex wines.
